Privacy Policy

1. Your journal

Your moods, notes, tags, and entry dates are stored in a database within the app’s private storage on your device. Mood Meadow does not send these entries to us or sync them through a developer-operated server. We cannot access your journal remotely.

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or Apple Health data. It does not use tracking identifiers or contain advertising or third-party analytics tools.

2. System backups and deletion

On iOS, app data may be included in device or iCloud backups, depending on your settings. These backups are managed by Apple and your device settings, not by a Mood Meadow sync service. On Android, the app is configured to exclude its data from system backup.

You can edit or delete individual entries in Journal. Settings → Clear all journal entries removes entries from the current app database. Removing the app or clearing its data also removes that installation’s journal.

Deleting entries from the app does not delete copies that may already exist in system backups. Manage or delete those backups through your device or iCloud settings. We do not keep a server copy and cannot restore lost entries for you.

3. If you contact support

If you email ios@thalmir.top, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Support correspondence is processed through email services and is retained only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations.

Providing journal content is not required for support. Nothing from your journal is attached automatically. To ask about or request deletion of a support conversation, contact the same email address.

4. TestFlight and Apple services

If you use a TestFlight beta, Apple may collect and share testing information with us, such as installations, sessions, crashes, and feedback you submit. This is separate from an analytics SDK in Mood Meadow. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy information for details.

Apple also handles App Store services and system backups under its own terms and privacy policies.

5. This website

This support website does not ask you to sign in or submit journal data, and we do not add advertising or marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and protect the website.

Following an external link or choosing an email link opens another service. Its own privacy practices apply to your use of that service.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page if the app’s data practices change and revise the date above. If a future feature requires additional data, its behavior and this policy will be updated accordingly.
