A little help, when you need it

Using Mood Meadow
How do I save or edit an entry?
On Today, choose a mood and tap Capture this moment. Add a note or tags if you like, then save. In Journal, open an entry to edit it or delete it.
Where is my journal stored?
Entries are saved in the app’s local database. Mood Meadow does not upload or sync them to its own servers. On iOS, your device backups may include app data, depending on your settings.
How do I delete my journal?
Delete individual entries in Journal. To remove all entries from the current installation, open Settings, choose Clear all journal entries, and confirm. This does not remove copies in existing system backups; manage those through your device or iCloud settings.
Can you recover lost entries?
We do not have a server copy of your journal and cannot recover entries for you. Removing the app or clearing its data removes the journal from that installation. Any recovery through a system backup depends on Apple’s backup and restore features.
Why did the breathing timer pause?
The timer pauses when the app leaves the foreground. Return to the practice and tap Resume when you are ready to continue.
